It’s pretty common for an equestrian to own a dog or several as is often the case alongside their trust steed(s)! It is also a highly asked question of when are we going to create a cleaning range for dogs… Well, for several months we have been working on a brand new range, and whilst the shampoos are currently undergoing final testing and sign-off approval, i am super happy to announce that we have our first product arriving later this week ūüôā

Introducing our brand new Lemon Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner, this brand new product is fragranced with our popular lemon scent (borrowed from our lemon and lime horse shampoo) and is a powerful all in one cleaner which effectively destroys a wide range of bacteria, fungi and viruses, thus removing odours at the source of the problem leaving behind a fresh lemon fragrance!

Our Lemon Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner is safe to use on all water washable surfaces, floors, walls, cages, feeding bowls, bedding, toys, runs, yards, carpets, toilets and drains. It is an ideal cleaning solution for Kennels and even Catteries in helping to control Canine Parvo-Virus (type 2), Feline Calici Virus and Kennel Cough. This cleaning solution is effective against H1N1 Swine-Flu, Newcastle Disease, TB, Avian Influenza Virus and Foot & Mouth. Our Lemon Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner can be used in laundries to control MRSA and unlike conventional disinfectants, our Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner will not cause detrimental effect to animals and is safe to use around them.

Our disinfectant is an effective broad-spectrum to:

and a broad spectrum disinfectant to:

  • EN1656
  • EN1657 for use in veterinary environments

Available with our fresh lemon fragrance (other scents under development) this product is a very economical to use cleaning product, just like our shampoos this product is a concentrated cleaning solution with the following rates of dilution available:

  • General cleaning 1:30 with water
  • Disinfection of feeding bowls etc.. 1:100 with water
  • Foot Baths/Disinfection mats 1:50 with water
  • Laundries 1/4 to 1/2 litre per 100lb or 1/4 litre per 100lb of material for a final rinse cycle

Safe to animal paws and does not contain phenols, bleaches or pine oils. The Lemon Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner leaves bedding and housing clean, fresh and infection-free, and can be used to clean your pets personal hygiene equipment including toys, feeding bowls etc.. For general use it is an effective cleaner, deodoriser and disinfectant which can be applied by spraying, mopping, wiping. For extreme odour problems you can use this cleaning solution neat and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For foot baths and disinfection mats, change the solution regularly for full protection. The Lemon Kennel Disinfectant and Deodoriser Cleaner solution will not harm septic tanks.
