Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day following completion of payment. Throughout the whole purchasing experience with Horse Cleaning, we have a number of email notifications to keep you in the loop at all times with the current status and as the order progresses from the initial order being placed through to warehouse packing and shipment to your chosen address.

Available shipping methods are displayed during the checkout stage along with the estimated delivery times.

Note: Transport Chemical products can only be shipped via our dedicated chemical shipping partner APC Overnight (more information on Chemical Shipping can be found here).

All Non-chemical products may have the option to be shipped with:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FEDEX

Subject to your location and availability of the carrier.

During the checkout processing stage you will be able to choose the available options based on the basket contents and your location.

All items will require a signature on the day of delivery, please inspect goods condition prior to signing for the delivery. Any items that have arrived damaged should be declined, then please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery company.

Goods that have been damaged can only be claimed against the shipping company insurance policy if you declined the shipment prior to a signature.

No claim for shipping damage can be processed if you signed for the delivery since you have then accepted the item in the received condition.
